1. I understand that R³ Mentorship is a structured leadership and development program requiring discipline, commitment, and active participation.
2. I commit to attending all mandatory classes, meetings, mentoring sessions, workshops, and activities associated with the program.
3. I understand that repeated absences, lateness, lack of participation, or failure to comply with program requirements may result in suspension or removal from the program.
4. I commit to pay the total cost of participation in the R³ Mentorship.
5. I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, mentors, and speakers.
6. I accept full responsibility for my own decisions, actions, implementation of mentorship advice, and personal development journey.
7. I will not share confidential discussions, personal testimonies, private mentorship conversations, training materials, recordings, or proprietary information without prior written authorization..
