MICHEL'S STORY

I grew up in a Christian family in Haiti, father is a pastor, the oldest of three children. At 11 years old, I lost my mother — a pain that shaped me in ways I didn't fully understand until years later. From that moment, God placed something inside me: a natural ability to listen, encourage, and speak life into others.

By 16, friends and family were already coming to me for counsel. I didn't have a title — I just had a heart for people and a God who was faithful.

In 2018, I had a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit during a three day fasting and prayer that set my life on a new course. in 2021, I was ordained as a prophet and called to help people discover who they truly are in Christ. 

Today, I am blessed with a beautiful, supportive wife and two daughters who remind me every day what legacy looks like. R3 Mentorship was born out of everything God has walked me through — so that others don't have to walk alone.
